David Griffin is a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting in the Cayman Islands and currently serves as a Director at EZ LYNK. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants and has more than 24 years of financial advisory experience, including 14 years in the Cayman Islands.

In addition to establishing FTI’s Corporate Finance practice in the Cayman Islands, David co-leads the Cayman firm’s fiduciary and governance business and SEC Registered Investment Adviser.

As part of these roles, David is often engaged to act as director or advisor to boards of directors to provide specialist support, promote good corporate governance and/or help navigate challenges. David’s recent experience includes acting as director of numerous companies across a variety of sectors registered in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and various states within the United States.
